A Note From The Artistic Director:
Inspirations Dance Studio is dedicated to our Lord God, who gave me the talent and passion to dance and the ability to pass my talents and passion on to your children.  And to the memory of my grandparents, Robert and Jean Rice who directed me in the way I should go - Shannon Fox
About the Studio:
This dance education facility has been created for our customers and students. With uncommon attention to quality, not quantity, we have created a fantastic learning experience. The studio was established in 1997 and was voted Bartlesville's "Best in Dance Instruction" and "Best Place to Dance" for 2003, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Inspirations Dance Studio has had dancers go on to International Ballet Tours, Broadway Tours, Television, College Dance Majors(on dance scholarship), Dance Teachers, and Studio Owners.
Inspirations Dance Studio Inc. employs five professionally trained dance teachers. These teachers have been chosen for their ability to invoke excitement in dance education, love for  the positive growth of our children, and a steadfast dedication to proper dance technique in:

  • Ballet (Levels 1-8)
  • Pointe (Levels 5-8 only)
  • Modern (Free to enrolled students!)
  • Tap (Levels 1-8)
  • Jazz (Levels 2-8)
  • Hip Hop (Levels 1-4)
  • Lyrical/Contemporary (Levels 1-4)
We teach 46+ classes per week and up to eight different skill levels to ensure proper training and technique. Class sizes are limited to 10-20 students in a class to ensure each child gets the attention they deserve . Each of our instructors uses lesson plans, teaches dance history and terminology and uses an assessment test to evaluate progress.
Our rooms have sprung raised dance floors with top of the line marley surfaces and a one-way observation windows. The rooms are large and free for movement. Each room contains three walls of adjustable Alva ballet barres and a  6ft full-length mirrored wall. Coupled with premium sound systems, an extensive music library, two comforable lobbies with cable television and fireplaces, a personal student center for changing, having a snack or doing homework, dressing rooms outfitted with personal cubbies and a bathroom . . . well, you get the picture!
It is a fact that performing arts enrich a young persons life, and the benefits are immeasurable.  Children exposed to the arts tend to get better grades and gain a self worth and confidence that they carry with them throughout life.

"Train up a child in the way they should go; and when they are old, they will not depart from it."  (Prov 22:6)
