Shannon Fox is  the owner and director of Inspirations Dance Studio established in 1997.
Mrs. Fox has studied dance and gymnastics for over 25 years and has 18 years of teaching qualifications. She attended Oklahoma City University on scholarship where she was a dance major in the field of performing arts. She is a member of (ODMA) Oklahoma Dance Masters Association and Bartlesville Chamber of Commerce. Her professional work includes: Theme Parks, Commercials, Radio voice over, Lyric Theater and Choreography work for Community Theater and private choreography. She has received numerous awards and scholarships for talents and was nominated for Dance Teacher of the Year in the nationally recognized dance magazine Dance Teacher. Shannon Fox has volunteered and worked professionally for the community of Bartlesville for over 15 years. She has choreographed for the  Bartlesville High School Choir Department and Show Choir, Bartlesville Pom Pon Squads, Bartlesville Theater Guild, Children's Musical Theater of Bartlesville and private liturgical groups. She has also donated her time to church groups, nursing homes and volunteer organizations.  Shannon Fox has studied in New Your City where she has developed close relationships with some of the industries leading talents and educators in the field of performing arts.  Shannon's training, awards, professional work and ties is evident, but not as evident as her love and passion for the art of dance that you will see in her daily teachings. Miss Shannon is the wife of Andy Fox and the proud mother of two beautiful children, Lauren and Luke.
Pamela Kirschman has been dancing since the age of 6.  She began her training in and around Salt Lake City, and has since worked with teachers from across the globe.  One of the highlights of her dancing life was studying with David Howard at his teachers' workshop in Seattle, W.A.  She attended the College of Eastern Utah and Utah State University on dance scholarships and earned several awards for her accomplishments in dance and teaching, before graduating with a double major in History and Dance Education.  Miss Pamela spent 15 years performing with regional ballet companies, dancing principal roles in such classics as The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Midsummer Night's Dream, Cinderella, Coppelia and Dracula to name a few.  She was also a featured guest artist with a Graham-based modern company, and did community theatre on the side. She has taught in studios, public and private schools and at the University level.  Pamela is returning  for her seventh year on staff.  Miss Pamela is the wife of Richard Kirschman and the proud mother of three children: Alexa, Daphne, and Darius.

Emmanuel "CROSS" Hurd has been dancing since he was 7 years old. "The day I saw Michael Jackson's' movie "Moonwalker" I knew I was a dancer for life." Emmanuel performed at school talent shows growing up and joined his first dance team when he was 15. He has traveled the country with different dance teams and became an official dance instructor at the age of 20, co-instructing Union High Schools Hip Hop, & team sending them to receive 2nd runner up in Nationals for 2005-2006. He has also attended classes at the New York Broadway Dance Center in NY. Emmanuel has danced & workshoped with dancers like Twitch from "So you think you can dance" & Step Up 3, Tucker Barkley, Leslie Scott with Millennium Dance in L.A and he has done his own workshops with Pandora from Step Up 3, and world-wide known Di "Moon" Zhang from Marvelous Motion. Emmanuel is currently teaching at Inspirations Dance Studio in Bartlesville, Ok & Pazazz Dance Studio in Sand Springs, Ok and teaches private Hip Hop lessons all throughout Oklahoma. Emmanuel's' future plans involve a couple of T.V. series and a dance movie that he is currently working on. This is Emmanuel's second year on staff.
Sarah Taylor was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. A graduate of
Bartlesville High School Class of 2005 and a former member of the Bruin Pride Color-guard.
Miss Sarah began dancing at the Bartlesville Ballet Centre under the direction
of Miss Charlotte Lyke at the age of 7. A member of the Bartlesville Ballet
Company for 6 years participating in numerous productions such as; The
Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty. Also Soili Arvola's original productions of
Samson and Delilah, The Legendary Tarzan and Dracula. This is Miss Sarah's second year on staff and an amazing addition to our studio.  Miss Sarah is the wife of John Taylor and the proud mother of three beautiful children, Hailey, Michael and Caleb.




Shannon Barsby fell in love with the art of dance at the tender age of 3.  She spent her childhood performing and competing all around the country, winning national titles, working with renowned professionals, and gaining valuable performance experience.  Her experiences range from televised competitions to national pageants, theatre productions, touring productions, riverboat entertainment, half time entertainment, and more.  She studied Dance and Music on scholarship at Cottey College, Dance Management at Oklahoma City University, and graduated from Oklahoma State University, where she studied Theatre and Elementary Education.  Shannon has over 10 years of teaching experience, three as a studio owner, and has choreographed for college dance companies, high school cheer and pom squads, community theatres, and pageants.  She has coached competitive dance teams and choreographed competitive solos and duets; leading her students to earn many awards and titles.  She believes that continuing her education is of the upmost importance and has attended Dance Masters Association Teacher Training in Buffalo, New York.  She is looking forward to attending more workshops and continuing her training with DMA to ensure that her students receive the most fun, safe, and technical dance education.  Shannon and her husband Joe grew up in Iowa and have been married since 2007.  They welcomed their first baby into the world, Ryder Shaun, on June 2nd, 2011.

Megan White
Lyrical/Contemporary Instructor

Megan White has been dancing since the age of 6, and has been with Inspirations since 2007. as Miss Shannon Fox's assistant for 3 years. Miss Megan is a graduate of 2010, and is planning on  continuing her study of dance at Oklahoma City University.  Miss Megan's love and passion for dance has grown so much over the years and is evident in her teachings. She spends many hours in the studio and wants to share her love for dance with all her students.Miss Megan has danced in the Tulsa Ballet Nutcracker suit, as well as many other performances and also assists Miss Shannon with several Tap classes. Miss Megan loves all the kids at the studio and wants to help them grow more as dancers, and wants to be a positive role model in their lives.  This is Miss Megan's second year on staff and AMAZING at Lyrical.
